Game 5 of the NBA Finals was a big night for the Golden State Warriors who played the NBA Finals against the Cavaliers.
SF Kevin Durant scored 39 pts and PG Stephen Curry scored 34 pts with 10 asst, 6 reb. Lebron James was the first NBA player to average a triple-double in the NBA Finals.
In Game 2, Steph Curry and LeBron James were the 2nd players in NBA history to both get a triple-double in the same game. LBJ got 29 pts, 11 reb, and 14 ast. Curry went for 32 pts, 10 reb, and 11 ast. Durant was the leading the way with 33 pts, 13 reb, 8 stl, and 5 blocks.
The second leading scorer was PF Kevin Love with 27 pts and 7 reb. Kyrie Irving only scored 19 pts and went 8-23 from field goal range. J.R Smith struggled with just 0 pts in the game.
Kevin said ‘’I would’nt think of going somewhere else”. Haters can be Haters but the Warriors did the right desicion to sign Durant and get McGee. JaVale McGee is known for his Shaqtin a Fool replays and bloopers but this season he is playing very well for a center. He got 8.4 ppg which is higher than Cavs SF James Jones.
Jones has been constatly following LeBron to get rings. People take advantage to be with LeBron because he is the best current player and people do like Dahntay Jones, James Jones, and Iman Shumpert. Plus, PG Shaun Livingston got injured so bad, he tore his ACL, MCL,and Meniskus.
He scored 10 pts in Game 4 of the Finals when they lost to the Cavs 116-137. Cavs got 86 pts in the first half which is a record. This is what the Finals looked like with the Cavs and Warriors.
