Manu Ginobili was pick 57th in the NBA draft. Manu plays for the San Antonio Spurs along with now retired PF Tim Duncan.

Manu might retire from the San Antonio Spurs after losing to the Golden State Warriors in the 2017 playoffs which as a clean 4-0 sweep for the Warriors, Manu is a four time NBA champion and 6th man of the year, In game 4 of the 2017 playoffs, Manu got his first playoff start since the 2013 NBA finals when they ended up losing to Miami Heat who had the the "big three" - SG Dwayne Wade, SF Lebron James and PF Chris Bosh.

Zaza Pachulia Controversy....

This year the Spurs lost to the Warriors as Warriors C Zaza Pachulia did something to F Kawhi Leonard on his ankle. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was really mad at him for doing that.

In Game 3 of the conference finals Manu got 21 points, which was most this past season for him. It was really fun to watch him play. Patty Mills got him the nickname Grandpa Juice. Manu played for Argentina and won the men's olympic gold medal in 2005 too!!.

Initially Spurs thought of getting another PG but they got Gino and had a lot of success. I am really glad they signed him and we could watch such a great player.
